Delivery And Shipping Policy

  1. We aim to deliver your order to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the delivery lead time below.
  2. All delivery times quoted above are estimates subject to the processing of the carrier (courier) service provider responsible to deliver your order to you.
  3. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of any late or unsuccessful delivery.
  4. Street names and postcode/zipcode and contact information must be correct and accurate.  PO Box are not accepted.
  5. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
  6. If you are not at home to receive your order, please contact the carrier (courier) service provider within the stipulated timeframe for next delivery or pick up.
  7. We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
  8. Please note that the carrier (courier) service provider may not be able to deliver to some locations, in which event we will inform you using the contact details that you have provided and arrange for cancellation of the Order; or alternatively redirect to another address as advised by you.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  1. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges.
  2. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier (courier) company from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

  1. Upon checking out, you will be notified via email on your order confirmation.  Confirmed orders will be processed within the next one to two (1-3) business working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
  2. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with all the necessary details including tracking number for your order from the relevant carrier (courier) service provider.
  3. Estimated Delivery Lead Time for different regions are as follows: -
  • West Malaysia : 5 – 8 business days. *
  • East Malaysia : 10 – 15 business days. *
  • Out of Malaysia : 7 – 21 business days. *

During long holidays or festive period, deliveries may take longer time.
